Information about the processing of your personal data
If you are a visitor to our website, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. In the following text, we will inform you about how we protect your personal data and also about the principles and rights you have in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 , i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation, which is effective from May 25, 2018 and is generally known by the abbreviation GDPR.

We are the administrator of your personal data
KPK spol. s r.o., company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Žilina, in the Ltd. section, in insert No. 1318/L. We operate websites https://www.kpk.sk and we are the controller of your personal data. This means that we determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long. If necessary, we select other processors to assist us with the processing.

Declaration
We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. We will process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent. According to Article 13 of the GDPR, we fulfill the information obligation before the processing of personal data begins. We will enable you to exercise and fulfill your rights and support you in this in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

The scope of personal data and the purposes of processing
We process personal data that you have freely entrusted to us. This primarily concerns the provision of data by filling in one of the forms on our website. We do this for the following reasons:

  • Provision of services and fulfillment of the contract. We need your personal data in the scope of: invoicing data, e-mail, telephone, or correspondence address to fulfill the contract (for example, to agree on cooperation with you).
  • Accounting management. If you are our customer, we absolutely need your personal (invoicing) data to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
  • We store your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention, or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Your personal data is accessed by our employees and collaborators who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing. These include, in particular, providers of data storage and software applications as well as accounting and administrative assistance. To ensure certain specific processing operations that we cannot provide ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in specific processing and are compliant with the GDPR. These are providers of the following platforms and services: Google – Google Analytics.

We may decide to use other applications or processors in the future to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise that in such a case, we will have at least the same demands for security and processing quality when choosing a processor as we do for ourselves.

Cookies
When you browse our websites, we record your IP address, which page you come from and how long you stay on the site. We view the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as our legitimate interest as the administrator, because we know that this allows us to provide you with a better user experience and services. Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed based on your consent.

You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer. We use services to process cookies Google Analytics, company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The collected cookies are then processed by the company Google Inc. in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at on this link.

The security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We have adopted and adhere to all available technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Moving data outside the EU
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on decisions of the European Commission.

Your rights regarding the protection of personal data
You have rights regarding the protection of personal data. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email. zeriavy@kpk.sk. You have the right to information, which we also provide through this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

Thanks to your right of access, you can contact us at any time and we will provide you with information within 30 days about what personal data we process about you and why. If something changes and your data becomes outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data or that we are processing it unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all of your data, or if you object to the processing. You can limit the scope of your personal data or the purposes of processing.

If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising your right of access. The difference is that we will provide you with the information in a machine-readable format. Again, the 30-day period applies.

Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). If you wish to exercise this right, we will delete all your personal data from the system. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by legal obligations and, for example, we must record issued tax documents for the duration specified by law. In that case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by other law. We will inform you about the completion of the deletion by e-mail.

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. However, we will be glad if you inform us about your suspicion first, so that we can eliminate any possible deficiency.

Maintaining secrecy
We assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.
